What lovely weather to bring in 2012!!  Hard to believe it’s January but honestly we need some colder temperatures for the orchard.    Today, while watching “Growing a Greener World” on PBS television, they reported an interesting statistic.  The average age of today’s American farmer is 60 years old.  That’s definitely food for thought!
